Episode 48: The Murder of Skylar Neese

All murders are senseless, but the brutal murder of 16 year old Skylar Neese in 2012 really hits a nerve. She was young, sweet and intelligent. Unfortunately, her best friends were young, evil and homicidal. This is a story about jealousy, teenage angst and permanent fixes for temporary problems.

Episode 47: Betty Broderick Minisode

Oh Betty. Ash’s minisode features a tale that will take you on a true roller coaster of emotions. Although, we are willing to bet that we all will come to the same conclusion in the end, it will be a real journey. Oh, Betty.

Episode 46: The Paris Morgue Mini Morbid

Alaina’s Mini Morbid takes a walk through the old Paris Morgue where dead bodies were put on display for the public to identify. This wasn’t always about the macabre task of identifying the recently deceased though. It became theater. It became a place to see and be seen. Dress in your finest duds and gander at some bloated corpses because this place was happening.

Episode 45: Robert Hansen Part 2

It’s the conclusion to our dive into Robert Hansen, the Alaskan serial murderer who hunted women like animals and got away with it for a while thanks to his bakery being a town favorite. Yes, you read that right. This guy is a real turd.

Episode 43: Robert Hansen Part 1

This guy somehow flies under the radar a lot but don’t be fooled, he is a prolific and brutal serial killer who seemed to have taken his MO directly from the pages of “The Most Dangerous Game”(never confirmed but…come on…). In part 1 of our two part series on this trash human, we will discuss Hansen’s teen years, his brushes with the law and take a dive into his first few murders. He’s a treat, guys. Strap in.

Episode 42: The Paisley Witch Trials

In today’s Mini Morbid, Alaina has chosen to take a brain trip to Scotland to dissect their history with witch trials. This episode will give a short background on the Scottish witch trials of the 1500s -1700s but mainly focus on one trial in particular from 1696 that revolved around a bold little girl, a stolen cup of milk and some poor souls who paid the ultimate price for it. Hope you enjoy.
